Hello, and welcome! I’m Adam Betzold, a proud resident of 3600 N Lake Shore Drive since 2008, a seasoned systems engineer, and now, a candidate for our building’s board of directors. With over 15 years of experience in the community, I’ve had the privilege of watching our building grow while also recognizing areas where we can improve and thrive together.
As a solutions architect specializing in technology and infrastructure, I bring a keen eye for problem-solving and an appreciation for innovative solutions. Whether it’s modernizing systems or advocating for clear and effective communication, my approach is always centered on collaboration and making things work better for everyone.
Beyond my professional expertise, I’m passionate about building community. From spending summers on Lake Michigan boating to enjoying Midwest camping trips with friends, I believe in creating spaces where people can connect, support one another, and feel at home. I’ve consistently pushed for improvements that reflect the needs of our diverse residents, whether it’s advocating for more transparent management practices or envisioning community initiatives that foster inclusivity and accessibility.
My campaign for the board focuses on three key areas:
1. Transparent Communication: Ensuring residents are well-informed about building projects and changes.
2. Financial Responsibility: Finding practical ways to address financial hardships without compromising our shared future.
3. Community Collaboration: Strengthening the bond between residents, owners, and management to make our building not just a residence but a thriving community.
Thank you for visiting my site and taking the time to learn a little more about me. I’m excited about the opportunity to serve our building, and I’m committed to making 3600 N Lake Shore Drive a place we’re all proud to call home.
Let’s shape the future of our community—together.
